Our homemade food products are produced in our private residence in accordance with the Tennessee Food Freedom Act (T.C.A. § 53-1-118).
We sell and deliver our qualifying homemade food products within the State of Tennessee only. We do not make interstate sales or ship qualifying homemade food products outside Tennessee.
Products are made in a home kitchen that is exempt from state licensing and inspection requirements under applicable Tennessee law.

📦 Shipping Information
We currently ship our baked goods within the state of Tennessee only.
All orders are shipped the following Saturday or Monday after your order is placed so we can make, bake, and package your treats fresh.
